Hi Charles,
I am unable to find a "contact" link on your blog (perhaps because of questions such as the one I'm about to pose).
My family is a big fan of the Andalucia area. Several years ago we did some preliminary investigating with the aim of purchasing a small finca in the area but found the prices far too rich and the price transparency a bit too obscure. By that I mean it was impossible to find out what comparable properties were actually selling for.
We are wondering if the situation has dramatically changed in the intervening years (in terms of both price and price transparency). If so, how would one begin a search at this point from offshore prior to making the trip? Many thanks for your thoughts on this.
