The young and potentially violent are all on temporary contracts, so no turkey/Christmas scenario there. Kokon also points out that given the disproportionate pay deduction applied to strikers, staying away actually helps employers reduce costs.
I don't see the point of doing a "rehersal". Okay everyone, let's all practice not showing up for work.
